All services include 3 staggered attempts and an affidavit of service upon completion. We charge half the initial fee for each additional defendant at the SAME address.
- Routine Residential Service: $85 (20 mile radius of Polk County)
- Rush Residential Service: $115 *mail service included for FED’s* (20 mile radius of Polk County)

Notary Services

We have notaries willing to travel anywhere within Polk County, to provide on-site notary services at your home or place of business.
- Fee: $45 (up to 30 minutes of onsite service)
- In Office Notary Fee: $35
We can travel farther or stay longer for an additional fee with mileage.
